Oliver Lloyd
Oliver Lloyd was educated at Harrow School and The University
of Manchester. During his Manchester career, Oliver set up
and ran a successful promotions agency, organising events
for students across the UK.
After completing his studies, Oliver worked for Sony USA in
New York before winning a coveted place on Associated's Newspapers
management training scheme. Oliver gained high-level experience
in several departments at the media giant, including editorial
and working on key projects such as the Evening Standard sponsored
London Fashion Week and Taste of London.
Oliver spent nine months as Showbiz, Media and Arts Correspondent
at the Evening Standard, before opting to join the Mail on
Sunday's financial pages as Media and Leisure Correspondent,
where he spent two and a half years.
Oliver joined Brown Lloyd James in 2006. Among his many clients
are the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, The Principality of
Monaco and Lord Levy, Chief Fundraiser for the Labour Party
and former Prime Minister Tony Blair's Special Envoy to the
Middle East, who Oliver guided through the infamous 'cash
for honours' scandal.
